FINNISH SAUNA

STEAM SAUNA

TEPIDARIUM LIGHT

TEPIDARIUM DARK
A unique environment for deep relaxation, dominated by tranquillity and the absence of light. The special heated tiles on which you rest are designed to help relieve muscle tension and promote blood circulation. The dark environment helps your mind relax better and allows for deeper meditation or even sleep. The absence of light also increases the production of melatonin, the sleep hormone, which leads to a more natural and restful sleep pattern.
ICE CHAMBER
Cooling the body is great for boosting immunity and mental well-being. The ice chamber can be used as an attractive way of cooling the body as part of a sauna cycle. The cold causes the blood vessels to constrict, returning circulation to a stable state. 10 RULES FOR A HEALTHY SAUNA EXPERIENCE
1. Visiting the sauna at least once a week will increase the beneficial effect of sauna bathing.
2. Do not visit the sauna on a full or empty stomach; or the effects of sauna will be less effective.
3. Your body is not in balance after physical or mental exertion. Give yourself twenty minutes to relax before entering the sauna.
4. Remove your swimsuit before entering the sauna so that harmful substances cannot collect inside it.
5. Before entering the sauna, wash with soap and water and dry yourself properly to increase its effect.
6. Your body is detoxified in the sauna and harmful substances released. Place a sheet or towel under your body to catch the toxins as they are washed away.
7. Listen to your body's signals and leave the sauna if you experience a burning sensation in your ear lobes, tip of the nose, nipples or after the recommended time of stay.
8. Cooling down in the shower or ice chamber and relaxing in the LIGHT or DARK therapy rooms is an important part of the sauna process.
9. Ideally, repeat the hot and cold cycle three times. To avoid getting hot again, take a shower with lukewarm water after the last cool down. The pores of the skin are open, so do not use soap to prevent them from getting clogged.
10. For maximum effect, do not contaminate your body with toxic substances. Do not consume alcohol or smoke. Experienced sauna staff will advise you on nutrition and drinking regime.
